Very good welcome and good breakfast

Well located (safety and close to everything: restaurants, historic downtown and banks), fair rooms, excellent services by the hotel employees.

Honestly there was nothing I liked in that place. Starting from the most cold check-in I've had ending in a room that was defenetly not in conditions to rent. Humidity in all corners together with the black dark proofs in all corners of the room. The pictures I've seen don't reflect the reality of the pension.

Great location and staff! Breakfast included. Small but nice and comfortable rooms. Our room was in a quiet area of the hotel.

The location in the city is excellent compared to the other hotels. For being a 2 star hotel, things in the room were in great condition. The staff was friendly and really worked with us and our poor Spanish, even providing laundry service.

We had the triple room near the entrance/ reception. There wasn't much traffic on this dead-end street but we heard the noise from the street and reception. It would have been nicer to be in the courtyard area, I think.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful and accomodating. It had a little garden courtyard which the children enjoyed.

The staff at this small but quiet place were great. The facility is older and rooms tight but clean. It was close to everything in Colonia de Sacramento and the courtyard was a nice place to meet our travelling friends and to relax. It is not a fancy hotel but modestly priced and functional. Breakfasts were well serviced and the place much like a small boutique hotel but without the fancy extras.

Room was clean and worm, the service is very good. The hotel is near the old downtown, you can walk everywhere. If you are a gamer, the casino is just across the streat. They have a nive view of the river from the kitchen.

The doesn't have windows and you can hear what is going on outside the room. The breakfast is only cafe and toasts.

Great location and fantastic vibe. Good vibe from both staff and guests.

One working shower between over 15 people wasn't great.

Staff very good and helpful, good location, maybe not the best for some ,it's not a 5 Star , but it was great for our needs, would go there again...

Everything was great......

The hotel is small in a cute old building. It was family run, quiet at night and the problem I had with a bathroom leak was fixed immediatey. I booked an extra night. Breakfast was average.

I stayed in 2 different rooms and the second was a little shabby.
